shipping and processing
KellyPlanet.com ships via USPS and UPS to the continental United States. To expedite your transaction, initial processing begins and your invoice is sent almost immediately. Your account will be updated and you will be notified of your tracking data as soon as it is available. Total maximum time between payment and delivery is approximately 7 – 10 days… or 5 business days… however you want to look at it.
returns
We of course hope that you won’t find the need to return one of our products, but KellyPlanet.com does accept returns if necessary.
- In the case of a defective product, a replacement or item of equal value will be provided at no additional cost.
- In the event that your receive an incorrect size or design by our fault, a replacement or item of equal value will be provided at no additional cost. Returned items must be in new and unopened condition.
- All other returns will be refunded once we receive the item in new and unopened condition.
